      Pros

      Colleagues were willing to teach, good work environment, flexible working hours, yoga class, benefits on medical and exam (is a good job if you have a nice team manager)

      Cons

      Annoying to record what you have done in each minute in the system everyday, bad team management (every team member has different ways to do the same thing, like A said this is correct, but B said this is wrong, very confused), team manager was unfriendly

      None, can’t believe I worked here

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
