      Pros

      -great culture in terms of personal relationships, a lot of interaction, friendliness, helpfulness if you made good connections, very nice people working there -great location in terms of Auchan being just across the road and the hospital only a 2 min walk away, you can do your shopping and appointments during lunch time -flexible working hours -regular happy hours, which were very popular, where you got to know the employees better

      Cons

      -extremely underpaid compared to other competitors -favoritism among nationalities -unfair promotions -being paid less than the team assistant but having to do the job someone with a higher position -pressure from director -doing way more than what you're paid for -they take advantage of you coming straight from university, offer you a good platform and job opportunities but they actually hire you because you don't know what the average salary for a position is. They make you believe that you made a great deal, but you're just being ripped off. They get manpower for a fraction of the normal salary offered on the market

      None, can’t believe I worked here

      All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
