TMF Group is always looking to improve the career experience for our employees. We provide communication channels for everyone to share their input on what we can do better – all of these inputs are taken into account and relayed to the management for us to action. We have also launched internal initiatives supporting merit-based career progressions and encourages internal mobility to the many career roles we have to offer.
All anyone ever does is lie. No one wanted to help each other or be willing to teach about anything. There were absolutely ZERO performance reviews or any feedback from anyone there. You’re not trained for your job so because you can’t get any feedback when you ask you sometimes doubt yourself. HR is a complete joke they don’t even log on most of the time and they don’t know how real discussions work.
