Pros
There are a handful of passionate people in the company that want to create positive change.
Cons
Very little communication among peers, few operational standards exist, and almost no direction from leadership. The CEO doesn’t show up most days, and the CFO acts as the entire c-suite - not so great for the already beaten down employees that exist in a chaotic and confusing work environment. If you want training, good luck.
