Awful place to work - Financial Controller TMD Friction Employee Review

Worst place ever worked. Culture bad. Managers don't know how to manage - out for themselves so they can get their bonus and speak to people how they like. Upper management treat people like crap - lots of churn in SLT through mental burnout and stress, usually through treatment by more senior management. Stressful environment. Awful systems and processes. Nobody knows what good looks like. People get hired based on who they know rather than ability. I could go on.
