New equipment and training were good.
Cons
A-holes running an illegal operation. Have lots of crashes because they don't let their drivers sleep. Instead they have have them offloading and loading on 11hr break and want them to drive 11 hours after getting 4 hours of sleep. If you bring this up they will fire on spot.
