As you get wiser part of your income is profit based, good if you like the money but not good if you have a house loan etc. Too unstable.As for holidays you can do better in other companies if you have a eduactional qualification of interest. Had the bad experience of salaries not been paid correctly. Once caught, money returned but on the higher tax bracket. Had to threaten with legal action to get the issue resolved.
