Pros

There are not any pros. This place is only concerned with production and not you as a person. They try to brainwash new grads into doing things their way, which is the incorrect way. I have never seen so much borderline illegal billing.

Cons

You will be a number. You will be forced to charge for treatment by their rules, which are just unethical. TMC is an awful company. I have never seen a more unethical therapy company. Any place that signs them on to complete therapy is doing their patients an injustice.

Pros

I’ve been with TMC for almost 18 years. I have had the opportunity to work in various roles. TMC supports career growth through leadership training, promoting from within and cares about their employees.

Cons

No company is perfect as it is a business at the end of the day. Would be great if PTO accrual continued to increase above 16 years and did not level off.

I personally Loved the population of the patients I was treating

Cons

I felt there was a lack of communication between full time staff and part time or PRN employees
