Pros
Echoing much of what others have written, TM Capital is an incredible place for anyone who is looking for a career in investment banking. Senior leadership has an open door culture; through the mid-to-senior ranks everyone is extremely thoughtful and helpful. Junior level staff are given as much responsibility as they've proven they can handle. Strong deal flow. Commitment to excellence and perfection is engrained in leadership and that is (at least in my experience) absorbed through the junior ranks. Wouldn't work in IB anywhere else.
Cons
Nothing. Staffing is likely a complaint of anyone in the industry, but in the broker business model, more work means more money for the firm and that trickles through the ranks.
