Work on larger / more complex deals than similar sized boutiques, outsize exposure to partners and client interaction, great learning environment, partners all have bulge bracket credentials, hours can be better than larger shops, cross border work interesting, compensation is strong for top employees.
Cons
Respected in the field and by clients, but less name brand recognition than other middle market players. "Star" culture at times.
