      Pros

      TLS Academy has a very friendly work environment. The staff generally have a respect for one another. Prospect for progress is good as compTany is growing. Salary is on par with the market . I must say I'm enjoying my time at TLS.

      Cons

      The nearest place for lunch is Newton Food Centre which is about 7 minutes walk from the office

      Positive and healthy work culture. Warm, friendly and minimal politics. Management are very friendly and pleasant to be with.
