      Pros

      They administer no background checks nor drug testing; this is great news for all the pot smokers and those with blemished backgrounds.

      Cons

      First of all, TLK needs to have some sort of written commission structure and some kind of health insurance where employees can contribute to get some kind of healthcare.

      Pros

      Great people to work with and work for. There were Fun incentives and lots of travel. I enjoyed my time at TLK Group.

      Cons

      In my experience at TLK Group, I really did not have any negative experiences other than the occasional repetitiveness of my position. However, that was to be expected in my industry.
