supportive, understanding, able to vent concerns and not be reprimanded, great environment, always new learning opportunities, good benefits, PTO, Insurance etc. working in Mental health is not for the weak or entitled, we don't do what we do to get rich that's for sure but what we do makes a difference and thats what matters. if you come to HOPE or elsewhere i hope you are humbled and open to learning and understanding why we do what we do and why our clients need us, even if they dont know it right away.
