1. Very high sales targets compared to salary. 2. Floor associates have to stand for long hours (minimum 6 hours daily), which is physically stressful. 3. Review meetings sometimes feel uncomfortable, as employee performance and leaves are discussed in front of the whole team. 4. Second Saturday offs mentioned in the offer letter are not always provided to floor associates. 5. High pressure environment with less focus on employee wellbeing.
