I get to help the elderly, I love the residents and take care of them like they are my family.. I'm very helpful kind hearted caring hard working person ..I will do anything to help them feel at home

Low staff,needed better equipment to work with bigger rooms for the residents. To much drama from employees instead of caring they worry about what they gotta do and complain to much
