Pros
You will for the most part love your co workers and the students. Sometimes the students can be difficult but a lot of them are truly wonderful. Also the location cannot be beat.
Cons
IF your survive the first week be prepared for months of hell until you quit or are fired. You can give 100% but still be told you are stupid and incompetent. You are told you are salaried but your paycheck will tell a different story. The husband and wife who run and own the company are legitimately crazy. My final weeks were plagued with personal attacks and plain harassment.
