      Good people to work with, knowledgable, committed to improving things. friendly. very willing to share their expertise.

      Cons

      Poor US Management, lacks knowledge and industry experience. Brings nothing to selling process. Quality issues, long lead times and responses from Germany. Very low pay based on amount of travel required.
