Pros

Nothing pros here and no one will like pros here.

Cons

Well this article is a bit long. I request all to spare some time and read it fully. As an ex employee of TK Elevator i will never recommend anyone to join this company who are willing to join here. There's no proper training given here. Here the work environment is very toxic and there's no respect and recognition for your hardwork. Moreover there's lot of politics here and the Branch Manager of this company is one more waste fellow who doesn't know how to manage the company. He always keeps on shouting on everyone like a fool and cant judge whos right and whos worng. He is the person who doesn't have own power to to think, act as per what others say and prefer people from his side and give importance to those who doesn't work. During my tenure many employees resigned from TKE company because of the tremendous pressure and huge torture given by management. Me being an ex employee is telling that if you join this company you are definitely going to ruin your career rather than career growth. Also check in google reviews about this company most of the customers have given 1 star ratings only. I have done a right choice by resigning from this company. Once again those who are looking to join this company and willing to work here please read this article twice thrice and then take a call.

Pros

TK Elevator has a recognizable brand and offers exposure to a large, complex organization. There are opportunities to work with talented individuals and gain experience supporting a broad range of operations. Compensation and benefits are competitive, and the company has the resources to drive meaningful initiatives.

Cons

My experience was that the work environment was highly dependent on individual leadership styles. Communication and expectations were not always consistent, and there was limited emphasis on coaching, employee development, and constructive feedback. As a result, the environment could at times feel reactive rather than collaborative. Work-life balance and employee well-being appeared to vary considerably across teams. Employees who value transparency, empowerment, and a supportive leadership culture should take time during the interview process to understand the management philosophy of their prospective team, as experiences may differ significantly depending on reporting structure.
