Pros
Very simple call center system and protocol with emphasis on safety and meeting metrics
Cons
No downtime in the call center during day shift. You will be penalized for every second you are using the restroom or assisting a co-worker in need. The expectation is for you to take a hit in your metrics during emergency situations on a daily especially when teamwork is needed and lives are on the line. You get 4 days of PTO a year. There is no job security whatsoever, it is everyone for themselves.
