Pros
Anything that you may be seeking at a corporate job can be found elsewhere, and with people that have actual business scruples, morals, and a desire to be productive. STAY AWAY from any "opportunities" here.
Cons
There is no training or introduction for corporate employees. There is no adherence to any type of company values - expect to be consistently lied to by every department you work with. Expect your manager to scream at you when the data you manage doesn't meet their peception of "reality." Prepare for your manager to lie and manipulate situations to his, or her, benefit. I worked across several corporate departments, and I saw this behavior in every single one- lying, backstabbing, manipulation of data and truths, and gross scapegoating. When I discovered things that the department had been covering up, my manager fabricated issues with me and He was no punished, and HR claims they have no responsibility to hold him accountable for lying, covering up mistakes, scapegoating another employee, and screaming. Company culture: not an ounce of positive culture. The only consistent behavior across all individuals and groups is to backstab and talk poorly about other behind their backs.
