      Pros

      Family/work balance. Mostly friendly atmosphere. Most employees have a "can do" attitude. Large enough to have many people to learn from. Easy to form friendships within the company.

      Cons

      Management runs from conflict instead of diffusing situations. Some managers like drama. Typical place of employment with the typical headaches of a good ol' boys network. Hard work can get one ahead here more so than at some other companies.
