      Pros

      Work in a small office and enjoy my coworkers. Decent benefits and incentives. Lots of opportunity to make money if you work hard. Regional and General managers do care. It can feel overwhelming for sure as there are always things to do, learning how to multitask and prioritize is imperative.

      Cons

      Systems can be clunky to work through. It can be hard to find the right person to help you if you need assistance.
