Pros

Good pay in level with amount of duties and other retail positions, high company investment into employee satisfaction, focused positions ensuring you aren't doing multiple jobs at proper staffing. excellent first job for younger people, strong dedication to diversity, equity and inclusion in the face of current political pushback against openly supporting said policies,

Cons

Hours are sometimes limited, the company is experimental with processes and may implement new procedures on select stores to test their effectiveness (or lack thereof), prone to the general retail issue of employee conflict and favoritism, lower level employees may find themselves being directed by multiple people with different tasks.

Pros

Good pay and flexible hours

Cons

The workplace culture felt highly driven by informalities, which often made it difficult to resolve issues professionally. Management responses to workplace concerns often felt inconsistent, and similar incidents appeared to be handled differently depending on the individuals involved. Employee morale appeared low, and turnover seemed higher than expected during my time there. Lack of support during peak periods and backroom inefficiencies. The work environment felt unsustainable due to unresolved management issues, communication breakdowns, and inconsistent handling of workplace conflicts.
