      Pros

      Got to meet so many people I wouldn't normally have crossed paths with – customers and fellow associates. They also really were focused on keeping people around for awhile. They were very flexible with me when I went to college, letting me work monthly and over breaks.

      Cons

      Change in management happens often. Each manager does things differently, so it's hard to keep track of the rules over time.
