The employees are nice and kind

Cons

Management fired someone unfairly. They don’t stand for there employees. They don’t care about the mental wellness of us just to make a point about how important are the customers even if a customer scream and threatens you because they feel Entitled to do it

Cons

The workplace culture felt highly driven by informalities, which often made it difficult to resolve issues professionally. Management responses to workplace concerns often felt inconsistent, and similar incidents appeared to be handled differently depending on the individuals involved. Employee morale appeared low, and turnover seemed higher than expected during my time there. Lack of support during peak periods and backroom inefficiencies. The work environment felt unsustainable due to unresolved management issues, communication breakdowns, and inconsistent handling of workplace conflicts.
