Pros

Flexible Hours and easy to request time off. Good social atmosphere. Easy to work all areas of store. Can move up within store. Good starter job for highschooler.

Cons

- When moving up store and learning new skills there is no pay increase unless promoted to coordinator. - Low pay and low pay increases. About 25 cents a year. - A lot of responsibility for pay - Sometimes understaffed - Customer service rules are more like guidelines and cause confusion among customers and employees. - Store Rules in general are treated like guidelines and cause confusion among employees. - Management can be either really good or really bad depending on store. - Rules are not uniform among all stores including sister stores Marshalls and Homegoods.

Pros

nice break room, lovely employees and supervisors so far!

Cons

barely any hours for anyone, corporate is shady. lied about hiring (they put out a hiring table with business cards even though our store was NOT hiring and our employees were barely getting any work) and they are anti-union
