Pros

It's a great starter job. You learn to work with people real quick. Eventually, acquire job experience.

Cons

Depending on the manager, the training can either be good or poorly given. They claim that when you have concerns about a department your voice is heard, but unfortunately, my was not when voiced. If the managers are not communicating properly, then the instructions you receive can be completely frustrating. Also, if you are a reliable person then the managers will call you first thing when someone bails on their shift.

Pros

Good pay and flexible hours

Cons

The workplace culture felt highly driven by informalities, which often made it difficult to resolve issues professionally. Management responses to workplace concerns often felt inconsistent, and similar incidents appeared to be handled differently depending on the individuals involved. Employee morale appeared low, and turnover seemed higher than expected during my time there. Lack of support during peak periods and backroom inefficiencies. The work environment felt unsustainable due to unresolved management issues, communication breakdowns, and inconsistent handling of workplace conflicts.
