      1. Timely Salary 2. No need of upgrading yourself, until your project is surviving company don't give care about your personal/professional growth.

      1. Very very greedy Management (RD) 2. No empathy towards employees. busy in increasing their bank balance. 3. Fake Promises that they never fully filled. 4. Worst HR team, a puppet of management don't care about employee wellness. 5. Please stay away from these thieves, "client " Please don't get caught they will disappoint you. 6. Job seekers, save your carrier by not joining them.

      Pros

      TIU HR and Legal Venky Venkatraman and Owner Ash Malhotra don't have any ethics at all. They screw associates jobs they only want free money without any efforts from company end.

      Cons

      Threaten associates to reduce salary no salary increments . They don't have ability to place to other clients once assignment is over. Contracts are so ridiculously written to favor them always
