Its really nice company that I ever I seen in last 7 years ...there is large scope for every indivisual talent to utilize his own skills to create new innovation and implementations. I liked working here..

Every company needs improvement in all the areas...and improvement is something never ending process.. When things go against our will, we say them as Cons but as far as Titan is concerned ...its good company to work and improve upon the indivisual skills.

99% of the people there are nice. Thats about it on pros.

Lack of communication, priorities, and common sense. Will switch focus from clould computing to electronic payroll if that is the trend. Saw it happen 3 times in 6 months.
