TINYpulse Response

I wanted to respond to this review concerning management writing fake reviews. This is unequivocally untrue. I am sorry that TINYpulse was not a good experience for you. We (leadership team) take feedback very seriously (heck, that's the core of what our products do). There is definitely a mixture of sentiment on Glassdoor. To be honest, there are plenty of happy employees at the company. Our own software tracks happiness and management reviews it constantly. Employee culture and happiness are a core part of our value system.

Pros

The people! A great group of kind people that make the hours pass by quickly The "fun" activities that break up the monotony of office life. Flexible work hours that let you have unlimited PTO that no one has any issue with you taking as long as you are hitting your Quota

Cons

the pay! Much lower than the average with the CEO saying they want to be "around the 50% percentile" for compensation, but seem to be below that mark. This means the salary for all the listed jobs will be below over half of comparable jobs . And a poor stock plan that is really just a way for them to grab some cash from you before you walk out the door as this company will never IPO. The culture - in my over 1 year here I have seen so many people leave. It is mindbogglingly that so many have left, some involuntarily for what seems quite petty reasons. And always once that individual leaves it is presented as a good thing as that person was some how holding back/ or now we have more money to focus on what's important the company and now someone better/ more in tune with the mission will take over. The Business - It seems weekly there is another way to "fix the business" with the entire company shifting to focus on this perceived cure-all, only for it not to see any affect, then the company turns again to the next cure-all. Likely in 5-10 years TINYpulse will be long out of money and gone, rendering the Stock they want us to by entirely worthless.
