At The beginning of journey at TINQIN everything was great, but soon after that the company switched to a corporate model of leading.
Cons
Last year’s exits were very difficult for many people. There were significant layoffs, largely due to management’s lack of capability and capacity to build sustainable products and teams. The executive team stated that the company had overhired by more than 100 people, which led to the layoffs. It was a painful experience for many, marked by broken promises and unmet expectations. Unfortunately, the HR approach lacked empathy, and the Head of Engineering seemed too inexperienced and arrogant to fully grasp the situation.
