Pros
Competitive salary, remote work possibilities and attempts at lavish events (not always for the right reasons but still).
Cons
An absolutely repulsuve culture of yes-men, Men's Club attitude, greed and randomness. Examples: hiring pretty girls who have neither the education nor the skills, for the sake of having them around as decorations (Delphine, anyone?); taking clients out to strip clubs; rewarding employees who openly and shamelessly butter up The Big Man. It's a one-man show, and the man has developed a Napoleon complex over time.
