Pros

Big company benefits in terms of medical insurance, matching pension contributions, office environment, maternity and working mothers benefits. Small company benefits in terns of accessible managers, an open culture and every support for motivated individuals to deliver outstanding results

Cons

There's quite a lot of emphasis on OKRs, performance appraisals, Eight Behaviours and so on which may make some people happy but which others may find puzzling in a small company

Pros

Great access to management. Tremendous culture of personal responsibility and self-motivation.

Cons

Perhaps not optimal for people who prefer a top-down, authoritative approach to task management

Pros

-Some really nice co workers as well as some really intelligent employees -Great learning opportunities -Good Salary/Benefits -Really nice CEO/upper management who make themselves available to everyone

Cons

I had a bad experience working at TIM group. I believe this experience was mostly due to a very unstructured training program. I felt as though I was never given focus and direction. I was expected to do a bunch of unrelated tasks all at once. I found myself in many situations where no matter what I did, someone would be disappointed. Those above me did not get along and would tell me to do conflicting things. I was often very stressed at work. I felt like I was bullied almost everyday and made to believe I wasn't intelligent enough to do my job. I also felt that I was bullied into leaving.
