Pros

I have been working at TIG for over 13 years now. All of the negative reviews are not factual. My pay has never been wrong in 13 years, the report writing system is a breeze and the managers are top notch!

Cons

I have never had any issues with TIG, work there if you get the chance.

Pros

TIG Risk Services employs professionals in every aspect of the investigative spectrum. Field investigators, internal investigators, SIU investigators, you name it, they have it. TIG maintains a small company feeling with the big company capabilities. The management staff is professional and fair with investigators in the field, not a common trait in this ultra-competitive industry. TIG is career minded and provides career advancement for the employees in their Destin, Florida office. Senior management is onsite and very involved with the company. The company has been in business for over 15 years with no lay-offs or downsizing. The pay is extremely fair and benefits, including a matching 401k is top-notch. The company is focused on client needs and the culture in the company mimics that approach. TIG is a company that backs up their expectations with exceptional training, some practical, some written, and some video. Honored to say I am a TIG employee.

Cons

I don't feel there are any worth mentioning. I've been here a long time and find that employees that see "Cons" in a business they are employed by should spend more time focused on eliminating the negative and spend more time accentuating the positive! I know businesses sometime bring things on themselves but rarely to the point it "ruins" someones employment or career. After all, we all choose where we work. If the environment is that bad, we can leave whenever we want.
