      Cons

      Lack of ownership, clear direction, and communication from leadership. Some decisions feel penny-wise and pound-foolish, overlooking the long-term cost of employee turnover. There is a perception of partiality within the People & Culture function in India. Loyalty, hard work, and fair compensation are not always recognized due to limited visibility into individual performance, and employee contributions often seem to be appreciated only after they decide to leave.
