Pros
It really does feel like a family atmosphere.. There is drama in every factory but not so much at TICO.
Cons
Upper management lies and does not communicate with the supervisors or the people on the floor. They have layoffs every year and get rid of the people who have been there for years and know what they are doing. Then when when something goes wrong or they dont get the number of trucks they want out the door daily, the blame it on the supervisors. SUPERVISORS MAKE SALARY HERE AND IT DOESNT COMPENSATE YOU FOR ANYTHING PAST 10 HOURS A DAY. BE PREPARED TO WORK FOR FREE EVERYDAY AND ALL DAY SATURDAY!! Might as well work on the floor. The employees on the line make more than the supervisors do but we have to work more hours than everyone and lock the building up after everyone leaves on our assigned week.
