      Pros

      Great company with great team play attitude and great open communication display a great deal of respect and safety for all employees good hour and lots of hours to woul if you like also great hiring procedure because they seem to always aquiare excellent well skill trades men also opertunities to grow and move up the ranks within

      Cons

      Safety can be a little much at times Don't seem to have much for work these days in Alberta

      They care about their employees. They pay well and safety is their #1 priority.

      It is getting harder for craft employees to find work.

      Pros

      The money is fair. Upper management seems to genuinely care about the well being of their employees. Employs a diverse group of people.

      Cons

      Been almost 10 years exclusively with TIC and have maintained an impeccable safety record and very good record of performance and now there seems to be no work for me. There is no loyalty with TIC. My history with them seems to be exactly that. HISTORY!
