      Coworkers and leadership are great. They set clear expectations and support you on hitting your goals. Highly supportive of moving to new roles either vertically or laterally. Great pay and benefits (including 4 months paid parental leave)

      Cons

      Systems are outdated and well behind competitors creating a headache for both employees and clients.

      Great work life balance, good benefits, decent pay, ease of running your own practice as an “advisor”, and healthy work environment

      Cons

      Management styles can vary and affect your experience, upper management doesn’t seem to be well equipped to ensure the organization’s success but it is resilient nonetheless.
