They paid for your licenses and the study program to get them was excellent. Can help launch your career at other employers.
Cons
Interview process is outsourced and horrific, most fellow hires were clearly not cut out for the job and did not even pass the SIE. Heavily DEI focused. Do not expect career opportunities out of the call center if you do not have certain immutable characteristics. Job itself is draining and you can’t leave the call center for 18 months.
