Pros
Pension is like no other. The benefits are also competitive. Advancement is slow, but opportunities are there through the job posting system.
Cons
Churn and lack of consideration of knowledge of longer-service employees. Constant restructures every year since Herb Allison took over as CEO in 2001. New CEO now hopefully will recognize knowledge and experience of employees there more than 2 years.
