Im not surpized at some of the mentioned reviews. My fair assessment is as follows: - Tia is able to solicit few of landmark projects in India and Globally - Its quality of clients and exposure is at par with any international firm - There is great opportunity to take up lead role on projects and quality deliver to clients - At Tia, there is continuous effort to deliver quality for client with latest technology and all employees are encouraged to get skilled - Salary is higher than any mid size firm and appraisals happen in time and systematic manner - Employees are challenged to grow and take up higher goals - Salary is always paid in time and withheld either for absconding or staff who have not delivered on their projects post several warnings. Company is not for charity and for delivery to clients/ recovery/payouts.

- HR & training needs to be improved. - There are several occasions where lazy and unskilled staff have been hired. Such staff delay project delivery and affect company's cash flows - Avoid hiring CA Inter candidates who appear for exams and join your company for 2-3 months. They again fail exams and abscond without giving any notice. They create bad and unhealthy environment
