THK Engineering is a good company that offers freedom in work execution and encourages growth through real on-site project involvement, mainly in office renovations. Coming from an ACMV background, I’ve gained valuable experience in the full MEP scope — including Electrical, ACMV, Plumbing & Sanitary, and even Fire Protection when applicable. It’s a great environment to expand your coordination and technical skills across trades. The company also values team spirit, organizing bonding activities like BBQs and social events. After one year of service, I received AWS, and bonuses are awarded based on performance and project success. And yes, of course, necessary benefits such as medical leave are provided as usual.

The annual leave entitlement is on the lower side — starting at only 7 days, with 1 extra day added per year of service. This is less competitive compared to industry norms and could affect work-life balance over time.

The work is flexible and the working environment is quite good.

The work procedure is lack of standardization.
