The flip side to working at a small, rapidly growing company is the change that occurs on a daily/weekly basis. If you are not one to 'roll with the punches' on things, you will have a difficult time keeping up and dealing with the constant change. For a lot of people, this aspect of THIRA can be difficult to cope with in a work environment. With being a new organization that grew aggressively fast, it can also be challenging to feel like there are constantly things to be done, addressed, created, implemented, problem solved, etc. Upside to this is every day at THIRA flies by and you look at the clock and wonder how it is already almost time to head home for the day-- much better than days seeming to drag on forever. Though, at times it can feel overwhelming to know there is always more to do and always more to work on. Knowing what projects and tasks to prioritize over others when they all seem highly important and critical can be frustrating/troubling for some.
