Some departmental teams are excellent. Smooth teamwork, much gets accomplished. Good HR department. Retired military employees are very professional & helpful, and great to work with.

"Information is power" is the guideline. Employees don't always know what the execs are doing or planning for the company until the last minute, and plans change without notice. They have a tendency to hire managers who are all talk and no action. People at the top are sometimes careless with confidential info. Women doing the same job as men are paid less. High turnover.
