Pros
The office is new and clean.
Cons
Avoid at all cost. Too much workload and your team expect you to reply/finish tasks during your annual leave. Management is chaotic, my manager was changing every 2-3months. Poor project management. You have to take over a project without much explanations and you have to take responsibility for what you have no idea. You will have to be apologizing to the client for what you didn't do every week. HR is almost like a scam. They stop replying once you start to talk about money back for work related expenses. Unrealistic goals and expectations. This company promise unrealistic revenues to clients and you'll be the one who will be blamed for under performing website by both your boss and the clients. Zero respect for other cultures and languages. They will ask you to do other teams' job just because you are multilingual. They think if you speak the language, you should be a marketing expert of the country and know everything about the culture and market trends. Some people said they had chances to learn a lot in this company and that's true, but in the most unhealthy way. Your manager wont have time to teach you anything so only chance to grow is a client call. You will get harsh feedbacks from your client every week, then you'll find a way to get better by yourself. Most people in the company are very nice, but the working environment and the system are just too unorganized. I really hope that the company will soon realise how much talent they are loosing by rushing to rapid growth. Until then, I can't recommend working here to anybody.
