Pros
It all starts at the top and THG's leaders have a vision of what an insurance/investment firm could and should be. That vision and attitude trickles down and is what makes being a part of the THG team a worthwhile daily endeavor. In my position, I rely heavily on the integrity of the firm practices and the Field Leaders to ensure that me and my professional licenses are safe. Everyday that I perform my work duties I put my trust in them and vice versa. I have worked for other Field Leaders at other companies where that exchange was never smooth. I have worked for many dysfunctional offices since starting my career 20+ years ago. I can say without hesitation, working with THG has been, the best business environment I've experienced to date.
Cons
This is a relatively new organization that has been wildly successful, as such, growing pains are involved. Miscommunication, challenging deadlines, changing technology, etc. Great place to work, not for the meek or faint of heart.
