. Compensation was excellent and laid back atmosphere was great. Leadership was hands on and forth coming on updates weekly.
Cons
training was like pulling teeth to get information. Spent much time wasted due to personal not wanting to share job information - only what they did not want to do. Review time was given duties, unable to do them due to restraints from personal in same department and HR. No reason given for
