Pros
You gain a lot of experience as you are given immense responsibility, but it comes with extreme pressure to achieve unrealistic KPIs. It can strengthen your CV because of the intensity of the role.
Cons
Management, especially in the Europe team, is completely inept and the structure is the worst I’ve ever seen. Individuals are often fired during probation with no valid reason, either to cut costs or simply because managers don’t like them. Professionalism is nonexistent: people are screamed at, overworked, and expected to sacrifice their personal lives. Almost all of my colleagues were constantly looking for a way out. It’s a double-edged sword because you gain CV value, but at the cost of your wellbeing.
