THG is generally OK, it pays above the normal rate for this kind of work (depending on which team you're in) and the work is interesting, challenging and not monotonous. The office spaces are good with coffee shops, canteens, doctors and a staff shop. Work Life balance is OK but there's a mandatory 5 day a week rule.
