      A really good Head of Dept, genuine good guy.

      Cons

      False promises, loss of bonuses, 3 lots of redundancies in 2 years. Inexperienced Managers/Directors within the industry with little or no respect for experienced loyal staff.

      Workload and disorganization. Upper management plays by the UK rule book never getting anything fixed or done.
